I work with people in transitional, stressful, and clarification situations. My professional path combines technical precision, social expertise, and experiential coaching – three perspectives that underpin my work today.
I am a trained social worker specializing in sociocultural animation and social pedagogy. In addition, I have pursued further training in coaching and mentoring and am currently expanding my expertise in nature and experiential coaching. This combination allows me to work in a structured and analytical way, as well as in a relationship- and process-oriented manner.
A central component of my work is my dog, trained through Coachdogs. He is consciously and professionally integrated into my work. His presence often works where words fall short: He creates calm, focus, and immediate feedback on inner states. Especially for people who are very much in their heads or have little access to their own feelings, working with a dog opens up a different, honest approach.
My dog doesn’t replace conversation – he complements it. He supports processes by making relationships tangible, allowing tensions to surface, and making development palpable in the here and now. Working with him adheres to clear professional and ethical guidelines and is always tailored to the needs of the individual being supported.
My approach is one of commitment, presence, and clarity. I don’t work with quick fixes or standardized methods, but rather with attentiveness, responsibility, and respect for individual life experiences. I understand development as a collaborative process that requires time, safety, and genuine connection.
I consciously utilize nature as an additional experiential space. Combined with movement, dogs, and conversation, this often creates a clarity that is difficult to achieve in a traditional setting.
