Our General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of this contract. Therefore, we ask you to read them carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your booking will be confirmed by us with an order confirmation and is then binding. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the General Terms and Conditions. In the case of a double booking or a booking for multiple people, the person who made the booking is obligated to inform the other participants of the GTC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bookings for group events, team training, and individual offers become binding upon written confirmation or confirmation by email of the respective offer. By accepting the confirmation, you acknowledge and accept the General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is due in cash after the service has been provided. Payments by bank or credit card are not possible. If payment cannot be made on-site, an invoice will be issued plus CHF 10 for administrative costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the customer needs to cancel 14 days before the event, they will receive an invoice (see Cancellation by the Customer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the customer has not paid the invoice by the due date, a reminder will be sent. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred due to late payment. Abenteuer-Schweiz charges a reminder fee of CHF 20 per reminder (this includes default interest, administrative costs, shipping, and paper).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For group events, team training, customized offers, and courses at our partner mountaineering school, a 50% deposit is invoiced after the customer confirms the respective offer. The remaining balance is due after the service has been provided and is payable within 30 days of the invoice date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation by the Customer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellations by the customer are possible at any time in writing or by email. Depending on the time of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be charged to the customer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14 to 8 days before the event: 50% of the event price,<br>7 to 3 days before the event: 80% of the event price,<br>2 to 0 days before the event: 100% of the event price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anyone who does not arrive at an event, arrives late, or leaves the event before or during it will be charged 100% of the price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, we charge a CHF 20 fee if we have to issue an invoice, for example, due to a cancellation, no-show, or if the customer does not have enough cash on hand at an event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the customer is unable to attend, it is possible to find a substitute participant for the event. If the substitute is booked in time (by the respective registration deadline), there are no cancellation fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation or changes to group events, team training, and individual offers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer may withdraw from the contract at any time in writing or by email. Depending on when the cancellation is made, the following cancellation fees will be charged to the customer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Up to 30 days before the start of the activity: CHF 100.-<br>29-21 days before the start of the activity: CHF 200.-<br>20-11 days before the start of the activity: CHF 50% of the event price<br>10-0 days before the start of the activity: CHF 100% of the event price<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the event cannot take place due to the customer&#8217;s lateness or no-show, 100% of the price will be charged. Any additional costs incurred by the customer will be borne by the customer. If the customer arrives at an event after it has started or leaves before the end, there is no entitlement to a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the customer changes the date of the event less than 30 days before its start, a flat processing fee of CHF 100.- will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exception: weather-dependent events. If the client decides to cancel the event due to weather conditions, only a cancellation fee will be charged. This fee is CHF 250 for cancellations made less than two days before the event. For cancellations made less than two days before the event, additional costs for any materials that had to be purchased, such as food, will be added if they had already been procured. If an event cannot be held due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the full amount is due.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation policy for events abroad or with overnight accommodation in mountain huts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For events abroad or with overnight accommodation in mountain huts, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged starting one day after the booking date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terms and Conditions of Participation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Good health is a prerequisite for all events. The customer is obligated to inform the organizer of any health problems. Participation under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or similar substances is not permitted. It is the customer&#8217;s responsibility to fulfill the terms and conditions of participation, in particular the requirements specified for the event. Should the customer not meet the requirements of the booked event, the guides are entitled to exclude them from the program, either partially or entirely. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund, and the costs must be paid. The customer is obligated to strictly follow the instructions of the guides and assistants. Failure to comply may result in the customer being excluded from the event. In this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless expressly agreed upon in advance by the customer, events will be conducted in German.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Program Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to end events prematurely at any time, to change the venue, or to modify the program (for example, due to adverse weather or natural conditions, safety risks, or unforeseen circumstances). If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Adventure Switzerland may cancel the event at short notice. If the event is canceled, any costs already paid will be refunded proportionally. Claims for compensation are excluded. In the event of non-attendance or early termination of the adventure by the customer, there is no entitlement to a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Insurance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is not insured by the organizer. They must have their own adequate health and accident insurance. Cancellation insurance is recommended. Despite expert and safe execution, any activity in nature carries a certain residual risk. By booking, the customer accepts this residual risk. Adventure Switzerland assumes no liability for this. Participation is at your own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organizer disclaims all liability for damages and losses that are not caused by negligence or slight negligence on the part of the organizer or assistants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation in games is voluntary. However, a residual risk of injury remains during sporting activities. Participation is therefore expressly at your own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">High-Alpine Tours and Training Courses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">High-alpine tours and training courses are conducted by a mountain school. Adventure-Switzerland acts as an intermediary and assumes no liability. The terms and conditions of the tour operator apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Redeeming Event &amp; Gift Vouchers for an Adventure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To redeem a voucher, you must register with us for the corresponding event, note the voucher code in the comments, and bring the voucher with you on the day of the event. Our events can be found in the &#8220;Adventures&#8221; category. Upon request, the voucher can also be applied to a different event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voucher holders are not entitled to a guarantee of the event taking place and can only be redeemed subject to availability. Events only take place if we reach the minimum number of participants and the weather and conditions permit, allowing us to conduct the event safely. There is also always a maximum number of participants. We therefore recommend registering early!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For vouchers from third-party providers, the respective third-party provider is responsible. We assume no liability, and the third-party provider&#8217;s terms and conditions apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rental Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reservations made by email or phone are binding. Payment is due in cash upon pickup. The pickup location is Gunzwil \/ Berom\u00fcnster LU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pickup and return are the responsibility of the renter and will be arranged individually. Pickup is usually possible a few days in advance, but at the latest one day in advance. Late returns will incur additional rental fees. A CHF 20.00 fee will be charged for unjustified non-pickup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rental items must be returned clean and dry. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of CHF 20.00 will be charged. The renter is responsible for any extraordinary damage to or loss of the rental item. Theft insurance is the renter&#8217;s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the rental item is rented in connection with an event organized by Abenteuer-Schweiz, it will be handed out by the guides and returned by the renter at the end of the event. If the rental item is not returned at the end of the event, the renter will be responsible for the return shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The use of rental equipment is at your own risk and responsibility. Abenteuer-Schweiz, its partners, and the manufacturers are not liable for any damages to the user, third parties, or property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Images<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abenteuer-Schweiz is entitled to use images taken during events for any advertising purposes. The customer agrees to this and grants us the right to use these images free of charge and without any claims in this context and for this purpose. If you do not wish to have your images used, please indicate this at the event. Copyright applies to the publication of photos on the internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Linked Websites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abenteuer-Schweiz GmbH assumes no liability for the content of external, linked websites. The respective website operators are solely responsible for their content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Place of Jurisdiction:<\/strong> 6280 Kriens,
